Turn a PDF of memories into a printed book
If messages or written memories have already been collected in a PDF, you may be able to use that document as a starting point for a printed Bound Memories book. The important part is reviewing the content and page layout before ordering.
Start with the document you already have
- Keep a copy of your original PDF so you can compare its content with the book preview.
- Check whether the PDF contains selectable text, screenshots, embedded images or a mixture. Different documents may need different preparation.
- If your PDF already has a finished page design, check that its page size and layout suit the selected printed book.
Review the pages, not just the file name
- Check names, spelling, message order, dates and special characters.
- Look for clipped paragraphs, missing photos or pages that unexpectedly appear blank.
- Choose your preferred book size and binding and review the resulting page count and print preview before paying.
When a PDF is not quite ready
- If the page layout does not print clearly, consider recreating the content using the Memory Book editor rather than assuming an existing document will reflow correctly.
- If a page includes small screenshots or low-resolution images, review print-quality warnings instead of relying on automatic enhancement.
