Acceptance of terms
By using Bound Memories, creating a project or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content uploaded to Bound Memories. By uploading or importing content, you confirm that you own it or have the original content owner’s permission to use it, including visible names and comments, and authorise Bound Memories to process it for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your selected book.
Screenshot text extraction is provided as a drafting aid and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and removing extracted names or messages before adding them to a book.
Preview and approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing the digital preview, spelling, images, layout and book options before approving the project and completing payment.
Orders
Every book is personalised and produced for the individual customer. An order is accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed.
Pricing and delivery
Product prices and available options may change. The final amount, including any applicable discount and calculated UK delivery charge, is shown before payment.

Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bound Memories and its production providers the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, print and deliver that content for your project and order. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it, including photographs, names, messages and comments relating to other people.
Print-production requirements
Hardcover and perfect-bound production files require a minimum of 32 interior pages. Where a shorter customer-created book is permitted in the builder, blank pages may be added automatically to meet printing requirements. Final colours, cropping and positioning may vary slightly between on-screen previews and physical printing.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Bound Memories as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Changes may no longer be possible after production has started.
Refunds
Because products are personalised, refunds may not be available once production has commenced unless the item is faulty, damaged or another applicable consumer right applies.
Limitation of liability
Bound Memories is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
