How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your Bound Memories account to:
Include your full name, the email address linked to the account and a clear request to delete your account and associated data.
What may be deleted
- Your Bound Memories account information.
- Uploaded photographs, PDFs and written memory content.
- Saved projects and generated project information.
- Stored social-import content associated with your projects.
- Stored Meta connection tokens, connected Page/account records and imported Meta comment records associated with your account.
- Associated personal information held in active systems.
Disconnecting Facebook and Instagram
You can remove the Meta connection directly from the Create Book page. Bound Memories will delete the locally stored connection and connected-account records and will attempt to revoke the granted Meta permissions. You can also remove Bound Memories through your Facebook or Instagram business-integration settings.
Information that may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where required for completed-order records, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the resolution of an ongoing dispute.
Verification
Bound Memories may ask for information needed to verify that the requester is entitled to control the account or data before completing deletion.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if more information or additional time is needed.
