Bound Memories currently calculates delivery for UK addresses during checkout. The delivery services available to you, their prices and any available estimated delivery dates depend on the book, order and delivery address.
Your available delivery choices and the exact delivery charge are shown before payment, so you can review the full order total before placing the order.
Production and dispatch
Each Bound Memories book is personalised and made to order. Production begins after your order has been accepted. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by production or carrier delays outside our reasonable control.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because every book is personalised, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after production has started.
Returns and refunds
Bound Memories books are personalised products created from customer-selected content and options. Once production has commenced, a change-of-mind return or refund may not be available.
This does not affect your applicable consumer rights. If a book arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, or there is another problem with fulfilment, please contact us with your order reference and details of the issue so we can review the appropriate remedy.
